Utilizing his training in QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), Jeffrey will guide you on a healing journey into the past and support you as you bring forward new insights and awareness that your soul is ready to reveal.

Many people believe that experiences from past lives can continue to resonate forward through time and effect our lives in the current day. Sometimes it is these past experiences that keep us us locked in limiting patterns, relationships, circumstances and even illness.

As we dive back into past life experiences we are able to revisit important points in time, learn the lessons that we need and heal the energy around these situations. As we clean up and make sense of the past, we are able to carry forward the lessons in positive and profound ways.

Exploring past lives can be fun, illuminating and bring about powerful transformational healing. 

After the guided regression, the evening will close with grounding, journaling and time to share with the group if desired.

*Please bring a journal to take notes of your experience as well as yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eyeshades, water, crystals, sacred objects or anything else that will support a more comfortable experience for you.
