We first began teaching yoga in May 2017, eager to share the beauty and benefits yoga provides. Based in Merrimack New Hampshire, our intentions are to help our clients understand themselves through a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.

 

Our yoga studio offers energy and vitality in a magical space, bringing a tailored yoga experience to all individuals through traditional styles of yoga including hatha, vinyasa, yin/yoga nidra, and we also offer reiki sessions as well as training.

 

Yoga is an ancient art that teaches us to be present in the moment. We hope that our clients experience the joy that this practice brings to us. Regardless of age, size, or ability level, our practice offers a class for everyone. We are in this journey with you, guiding you through a safe and loving atmosphere.
